Fat Burning Furnace by Rob Poulas Review

The Fat Burning Furnace is a 158 page guide detailing a method of losing fat by building muscle to increase your resting metabolic rate (RMR). The theory is that as you gain muscle, you burn more calories just to maintain because it takes more calories to maintain muscle than to maintain fat. This theory is widely accepted. What sets Fat Burning Furnace apart from other programs is its insistence on very short, intense workouts to build muscle. The workouts can be completed in 20 to 25 minutes.

The intensity of the workouts is achieved by performing the exercises very slowly. You only do one set of each exercise. The exercises are described in detail with photo illustrations.
